"Had been with Mike for years. I had inquired a few times about getting a better rate and was told we were getting the best. Unfortunately, after a few calls to other companies. We found not only cheaper insurance but higher coverage. Ashley had always been very sweet, but when we called to cancel our car insurance. Her whole persona changed. She became very “snippy” over the phone. We kept our motorcycle insurance with Mike, but that made no difference in her attitude. I’m just sorry we didn’t experience this sooner. We would have left sooner. Are you only cordial when we are paying max prices?"
